Below is our current process.
- You will be asked to fill in our Registration Form.
- Applications will be reviewed and prospective contract holders shortlisted for a physical viewing.
- Following a physical viewing a holding deposit ( 1 weeks rent) may be requested to secure the property from the successful candidate.
- We may chose to reference prospective contract holders to establish their suitability.
- Please ensure you read the sample Occupational Contract Agreement provided (please email us for a copy if you'd like to read before viewing)
- If not already done, the referencing will be completed.
- Once satisfactory references have been obtained, we will set a date for moving in and the paperwork will be drawn up.
