Lotŷs is a property letting and management
service established in 2016 by Kirsty Donaldson. With over 14 years experience working within
the private rented sector and a law degree, Kirsty is fully qualified to deal
with all aspects of property management and to keep up with the legal changes.
Kirsty has also worked as a support worker, working with a variety of tenants to maintain and keep their accommodation. Tenants are therefore offered support to deal with issues which arise in relation to their tenancy in an attempt to avoid a tenancy breakdown.
Lotŷs is a Rent Smart Wales licensed agent and a member of
the Property Redress Scheme. All deposits taken are secured with the Deposit
Protection Service upon receipt and prescribed information issued within 30
days to ensure full compliance with the deposit protection legislation. Landlords are also covered by Client Money Protection.
