Viewing Policy

Viewings are limited to weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm. We do not currently offer weekend or evening viewings. We will endeavour to find a suitable time that works for you but please be aware we are also working around the current occupier and our own diary.

Viewings are conducted in person. It is important you view the property so that you can see its current condition and size, and ensure you are 100% happy with the property. We will only take a holding deposit once you have viewed the property, completed a registration form and the landlord has provisionally agreed to accept you.

Viewings will normally be booked in blocks, with a 10 minute slot allocated for each viewer.

If you do not arrive within your 10 minute viewing slot we may be unable to go ahead with the viewing. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late or having difficulties finding the property. In these circumstances we may be able to wait for you or arrange another suitable time. The office may not be open during the viewing times and you will therefore need to call 07428331557 if there is no answer at the office.

We may try to contact you on the morning of your appointment to confirm you are still available to attend. If you do not respond to this an hour before your slot, we will cancel your appointment.

If you fail to attend your viewing without informing us, we reserve the right not to offer you another viewing in future.
